Customized Training for your Team

A training on neurodiversity doesn’t suddenly make your organization neuro-inclusive, but it’s an important step that can give your inclusion journey a strong boost. In each of our trainings, we go beyond telling you what neurodiversity is: we also show you how to work with it in a way that fits your organization.

What exactly does neuro-inclusion mean? What changes should you consider, from recruitment to feedback cycles? When are you neuro-inclusive as a leader? And what should you consider if you’re coaching a neurodiverse group? How should you as a leader deal with neurodivergent employees in your team? And what reasonable accommodations can someone request?

Our customized trainings provide you with the answer – or at least the beginning of an answer, because like everything else, neuro-inclusion must be tailored to the organization.

Conscious and Competent

Each of our trainings is about neurodiversity and neuro-inclusion – but we also customize every training to the organization and to the participants.

The core of each training is the same: we share our expertise, we show practical tools, and we answer your questions. What we tell is always based on science and experience, both in coaching and in leadership and organizational design. But the real wealth comes from the interaction with and between the participants, and we gladly make room for this in each of our trainings.

Currently, we offer trainings on 3 topics:

          • Neuro-inclusive organization:
how do you create an environment that meets the needs of all your employees? We look at the most important aspects of professional life through a neurodivergent lens and discover how it can be different.
          • Neuro-inclusive coaching:
what are techniques you can use as a coach when you suspect your coachee is neurodivergent? What are themes that often come up with neurodivergent coachees, and what tools can you use for these? It’s often about subtle but important differences.
          • Neuro-inclusive leadership:
leading a neurodiverse team is not easy. It requires a lot of commitment and skill from the leader to make the team work at its best. That’s why we explore good habits together. We do this based on a number of common situations in a team, where participants can naturally bring in their own experiences.

What Does a Training Involve?

The first step towards a training is always a conversation with the client, in which we discuss the context of the organization, understand who the participants in the training are, and how a training on neurodiversity or neuro-inclusion contributes to their work.

We then translate that question into elements we want to include in the training, and into working methods that align well with the organizational culture. We don’t just share information in such a training, but always integrate a number of practical exercises.

What Others Say

A Fascinating Journey into the World of Neurodivergence

I found it a very clear training where Muriel demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of the topic. She could also answer every question. She showed me the importance of neurodivergence without falling into glorification. She allowed us to gain insights that can be helpful in coaching through various techniques. Muriel provided us with a versatile offering through exercises, knowledge, tips, and literature. She did all this in a very calming manner. It was truly a fascinating journey into the world of neurodivergence!

The Expert in the Field of Neurodiversity

This very interesting training lets you taste all aspects of neurodiversity with the opportunity to ask your questions. Muriel is the expert in the field of neurodiversity and gives the session with a lot of enthusiasm and passion. It helps you to bring out the strengths of neurodiversity (in the workplace – in a team). This leaves you wanting more!

Practical Exercises and Theory

The training provided a clear view of the characteristics of neurotypical – neurodivergent people and their employability in a coherent mix within the business world. The attention to specific needs from neurodivergent groups first of all ensures more understanding and at the same time also utilizes the qualities from this population.

Through practical exercises and theory, you learn to form an image of the alternative way of thinking in neurodivergent employees, and through the learned coaching techniques, you increase your knowledge about guiding this target group. The great advantage is that through simple techniques such as ‘visualizing’ and ‘crystal clear language use’, you can already achieve a lot to communicate correctly and unbiasedly with employees with ADHD, autism, high sensitivity or dyslexia, discover their potential, and in this way, align your policy more efficiently.

As a Corporate Social Worker, I learned from this training to put an end to clichés about neurodivergent groups, which we often incorrectly pick up from popular speech. The acquired knowledge should contribute to my mission to search for motivated employees who feel like a fish in water in their job and who are, of course, suitable to efficiently fill the required qualifications, just like neurotypical employees.

Highly recommended!
